In his book, “The Plant Paradox”, Dr Steven. R. Gundry advises people to limit fruit and limit fruit sugar (Fructose). Attached is a list of the Top 20 Low Fructose Fruits that are commonly eaten in the westernised countries. The list was downloaded from the USDA Food Composition Databases. Abiyuch and Sour Cherries, although qualified, were left off the list because they are seldom eaten in the country where the author is domiciled.
